Each of us has a sphere of influence. Oh yes you do too! Large or small, God has given each a sphere of influence. Think of the people you come in contact with - spouse, children, grandchildren, neighbor, the checkout girl at the market, the co-worker who drives you crazy...

As we get near yet another school year, let's pray for our kids and grandkids heading back. They are not just the future of our world – they are the present – and they are eternal!

Whenever I read about the Israelites in the desert, I get just a little bit prideful thinking “I would never have been that way.”  

Do you ever wonder if you are where you belong, or at least going in the right direction? Sometimes I think “Have I missed my destiny?”, “Am I going in the direction God wants for me?”, or “What am I missing?”

Ever have one of those days? Just a really bad day. A day where "chicken soup" (no matter how good it is), is not going to fix things.

When I started this I didn’t go into it with the best of mindsets. But stick with me – because just as He always does, God answered my prayer for understanding and clarity.
