InFaith is focused on missions work in the United States. They look for the needs in local communities and equip missionaries with resources and tools that help them be successful.

Their Convene ERP/DXP website allows missionaries to create fundraisers and raise funds to support their mission. Convene provided a centralized data silo to seamlessly sync this data with their CRM / DRM, GL and accounting software, in addition to other Convene portal systems and tools.

Convene’s OmniPortal provided a Missionary Portal. This portal helps missionaries track, monitor, and grow relationships with actionable interactive tools including CRM / DRM alerts, notifications and escalation.

Compass features include real-time reporting, personalized selectors of over 400 charts and visualization, exports, mobile responsiveness, abilities for missionaries to thank, pray with and communicate with their donors with personalization.

CSB Correspondent

CenterState Bank Correspondent (CSBC), now SouthState Correspondent Division, provides bond accounting services to other banks under Dodd-Frank regulatory rules.

Convene’s Compass solution was to report on bond data by portfolio for performance reporting and management. The Convene OmniPortal provided personalization and security along with the “as-is” data in easy- to-read charts and the ability to project and forecast that data over time. This data is sourced from several key markets like Bloomberg and presented in a centralized data silo in the form of portfolio dashboards.

The other side of the portal is customer facing and provides each of the banks with an interactive dashboard for real-time portfolio(s) performance 24/7. It also serves as a way for CSBC to provide consulting with forecasting models enabling the bank client to review and accept / reject portfolio changes.

Serra International

Serra International has hundreds of clubs in the United States and hundreds more worldwide. Each of these clubs have memberships and rosters to manage as each member pays dues to Serra International. Each of the club's data worldwide is centralized in Convene ERP / DXP’s OmniPortal with Compass.

The portal provides a digital way to manage membership subscriptions in a centralized location and adjust for global currencies. Each club and roster is accessible and manageable from this one area, saving hundreds of hours of work each year.

In addition to the administrative benefits, the portal serves as a secured online community for the clubs complete with Compass Dashboards for Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) and Key Blessings Indicators (KBIs).

Franciscan Media (FM) provides and sells resources to enrich the spiritual lives of their readers. Because of the many services provided, Franciscan Media has over 30 disparate data silos and apps that they report on. This includes different vendors, thousands of products, distributor sales, and fluid individual campaigns that make up the donation reporting, and magazine subscription business.

Convene ERP / DXP’s OmniPortal provides a centralized data silo that allows Franciscan Media to see everything in one place, replacing what was a tedious, time consuming (40+ hours monthly), and fraught with data errors. Quickly and efficiently, the Compass KPI Dashboards and automation eliminated the labor and provided interactive, filterable, reportable, and exportable real-time dashboards along with many other key reporting features.

FM’s use of Compass Dashboards included C-Suite reporting for each level of executive along with managerial dashboards which included integrated systems, business intelligence and analytics. RAG reports aided in providing insights in less than 13 seconds.
