Receiving a Referral

  • Referrals sent to you are displayed in the received inbox. Here you can view referrals sent to you and manage everything in one place.
  • Each line represents a contact that has been shared with you along with a qualification level and status.

 

  • Each contact has a dynamic action that can be taken to progress the referral forward in the workflow.
  • When receiving a referral, it will show in your received referrals dashboard. You can acknowledge the referral by clicking “Acknowledge” on the line item.

 

  • After acknowledging the referral, you can update and track the referrals progress by clicking “Update” on the line item.
  • Change the referrals status, take notes, and set a next action date.

 

Sending a Referral

  • Referrals you’ve sent are displayed in the sent dashboard. Here you can view all referrals you’ve shared and monitor their progress in one convenient place.
  • Each line represents a contact you have referred, along with the recipient’s qualification level and current status.
  • Each referral includes a dynamic action that helps you stay informed and engaged throughout the workflow.

Referral Types:

  • INTRODUCTION: Used to connect two people for a meeting or conversation. This type helps build new relationships or open doors for future opportunities.
  • LEAD: A direct referral that identifies a potential client or business opportunity. This type passes along qualified prospects ready for follow-up.
  • OTHER: A flexible option for any business-related referral that doesn’t fit the standard categories, such as partnerships, collaborations, or resource sharing.
