At the enterprise level you can expect TQI to do the heavy lifting. With limited exceptions your role in the podcast is to record the content and we will do the rest. If you want someone else to record the content, we can do that for you too!

Design

Design is part of the Creative Process in developing a podcast. You can make your podcast standout before anyone even listens with proper design.

Deliverables:

  • Branding (Colors, Fonts, etc.)
  • Logo
  • Episode Artwork
  • Episode Descriptions
  • Banners
  • Including Allegiance Package

Pre-Production

Pre-Production is about building the elements inside the podcast that will be re-used on a regular basis.  For example, when listening to your favorite radio program there may be a special intro that plays before a regular guest comes on.

Deliverables:

  • Ongoing Assets like:
    • Intro, Outro
    • Promos (10)
    • Commercials (3)
  • Including Allegiance Package

Hosting & Distribution

Your podcast needs to be hosted somewhere which will allow it then to be distributed on platforms. Beyond just the media of the podcast, this is where your Podcast Artwork, Episode Artwork, Podcast Description, Episode Description will be linked to.

Deliverables:

  • Determine & Setup Hosting Platform (3rd Party)
  • Link Hosting Platform to Distribution Platform (Spotify, iTunes, Google Play, Audible, etc.)
  • Upload Episodes
  • Schedule Episodes
  • Including Allegiance Package

Creation

This step is the actual creating of the media for the podcast, when you are talking into your mic and looking into your camera. After you record the media, you may need to clean it up and mix it down. Then there is the Master Mixdown which includes adding Intro, Outro, Commercials, Promos, Transitions, music, or any other media to the final podcast.

Content

As a podcast host you are likely passionate about your main topic of expertise, but you may need some help organizing your thoughts. In this area we will help you outline your podcast, develop segments, help with guests, research, and writing. This could be a limited to talking it out before the podcast to developing the vision for future episodes to tell the story you are trying to tell.

Hardware

There are limitless options to hardware choices. We will help navigate the choices to set you up in the best way for your needs & budget: including Cameras, Mics, Lights, Backgrounds, and other hardware needed to reach your goals.

  • Assist in setting up (via Zoom)
  • Including Allegiance Package

Software

Like hardware there are limitless options when it comes to software. These are programs that help record and edit your podcast. Examples: Adobe Creative Cloud, Streamyard, Xsplit, Vimeo.

Coaching

One of the greatest fears people have is speaking in public. When talking to a crowd you can see reactions, good or bad. When talking into just a microphone with limited crowd interaction, if any, it can be difficult to see where improvements can be made. This is where coaching comes in. We will help with productive feedback by encouraging strengths and helping develop weaknesses.

Deliverables:

  • 1:1 Coaching – listening to segments (parts of the podcast) together
  • Sending segments to industry professionals to give feedback
  • Send suggested reading
